Novo Arts had the distinct pleasure of curating a custom art program for ddc’s 136 Madison Avenue Showroom. The unveiling of ddc’s new collection will include curated artworks by Novo Arts’ President, Marlaina Deppe. ddc’s new collection features furnishing inspired by the 1970’s, evoking the sleek and sophisticated aesthetic of late Mid-Century modern design.
In conjunction with ddc, Novo Arts creates a visually dynamic conversation between carefully selected works of art and design. The works of art compliment each furniture display and feature both blue-chip artists, as well as, custom artworks designed and fabricated by Novo Arts Studio Program. Artworks on display will include renowned art historical figures such as, David Hockney, Bernar Venet, and John Baldessari.
The synthesis between fine art and beautifully designed and crafted furnishings takes place in the most exquisite of showroom environments, resulting in an unparalleled aesthetic experience.
